Before we arrive
Clear access to the boiler and, where you can, to the radiators. That is genuinely it — we bring the boiler, the parts, the dust sheets, and we take the old boiler and all the packaging away.
Morning
Water and gas off, old boiler drained and out, the new boiler on the wall and connected — gas, water, condensate and the horizontal flue. On a swap most of your existing pipework stays, which is what keeps the day to a day.
Afternoon
The system is flushed through, chemically cleaned and dosed with inhibitor — the step that keeps the manufacturer warranty valid — then refilled, pressurised and fired. The magnetic filter goes on the return, the wireless thermostat is paired, and every radiator is checked warm.
Handover
We set the controls to sensible defaults, walk you through the thermostat until you are comfortable with it, register the warranty in your name and leave the paperwork. The Building Regulations compliance certificate is posted to you afterwards. Then the old boiler and packaging leave with us.
