What we collect and why
The forms on this site ask for your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a note about what you need. We use that information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry — calling you back, booking a survey, and preparing your quote. If you call or WhatsApp us, we use your number for the same purpose.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it — for example, warranty registration and Building Regulations paperwork on a completed installation — and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records after that.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Email synergygas.plumbing@gmail.com and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
