How it works

Survey
We look over the gas meter and supply pipe, tally the radiators and check flue routes and water pressure — fifteen minutes or so, at no charge.

Itemised and in writing — the figure stands unless you change the scope.

Install day
Swap day: water and gas off in the morning, running again by the evening. A conversion or a boiler move normally needs two days.

Handover
Before we leave, the controls are set, the thermostat explained, the warranty registered and the paperwork handed over.
