Survey
A quick look at the gas meter and supply pipe, a radiator count, and a check of flue routes and water pressure. About fifteen minutes, free of charge.

Your quote is written and itemised, and it does not change unless the scope of the job does.

Install day
A straight swap sees water and gas off in the morning and back on that same evening; a conversion or a boiler move generally takes two days.

We finish by setting the controls, walking you through the thermostat, registering the warranty and leaving the paperwork with you.
